DANIELLE KENNEDY
Licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold Instructor
AFAA Group Exercise Instructor & CPR certified

Danielle, a stay at home mom to four children, was inspired by dance fitness and great music, which led to teaching Zumba. In addition, she became a certified instructor in the workout, Zumba Gold, a program that provides low-impact movement to seniors and other populations who want to keep active. As a pre-choreographed format, Zumba Fitness is working both our bodies and our minds. Danielle wants to engage others in an activity that blends the two. Consistency in this Latin-inspired dance program can help one build stamina and learn new moves. The small studio environment is a great place to do this. Born in a small town in Maine and a graduate of the University of Maine, Danielle has been in Rhode Island for more than 15 years and loves the people and the great opportunities from a little but impactful state!
