Jumpboard Reformer – Using the foundation of Pilates Reformer, our Jumpboard class kicks up your Pilates routine with cardio bursts - the ultimate complement to the lengthening and toning exercises of the reformer. As with group reformer, previous reformer experience is required.

Barre

Taking inspiration from the methods used to train and maintain peak performance in ballet dancers, barre is a low-impact, results-driven practice. It creates stability by focusing on smaller support muscles, which are typically under utilized in other fitness modalities, while lengthening and balancing larger muscle groups.

Barre CORE
We're taking it back to basics in this anything-but-basic Barre class.  Combining the most effective movements from Ballet, Pilates and Cross Training with the fundamentals of Kinesiology and Biomechanics, this Barre class works deep to create a stable foundation for your fitness.  Barre CORE maximizes results while minimizing the risk of injury through the use of isometric exercises designed to challenge and strengthen your musculature without the traditional strain. Welcome to a smarter workout!  No dance experience necessary. Open to all levels.

Barre Fusion
An interval twist on traditional barre, this workout utilizes weights, resistance bands and other props to enhance the toning and lengthening for which barre is renowned - and with some cardio to boot!  No dance experience necessary. Open to all levels.

Chair Fit gives your fitness routine a flirtatious style by using the chair as an apparatus. This class consists of a choreographed routine combining chair moves, floor work and creative movement into a fun, intense workout that’s bound to make you sweat and have a blast doing it! Circuit Training
Get up, get down and keep moving all around.  Get your cardio and toning all in one hour with our ever-changing circuit-based workout utilizing a wide variety of modalities from spin bikes, to surfboards, to barres and stability balls!  Suitable for all levels and modifications.

Dance Your Booty Off!
Dance Your Booty Off is a fun and challenging dance fitness class incorporating jazz, contemporary, Latin and hip-hop styles into unique combinations that work every muscle in your body. Classes start with simple choreographed dances and end with a taught routine. No experience necessary!

Pilates Mat
This equipment-free version of the exercises first developed by Joseph Pilates focuses intensely on the core - strengthening and lengthening the muscles from the hips to the shoulders to build a more balanced and stable physique. Zumba Gold

Designed with active, older adults in mind, Zumba Gold has all the same fun and energetic choreography of Zumba but at a lower intensity. In fact, Zumba Gold is a fantastic modification for anyone looking for the Zumba moves they love - only with less impact. Classes additionally focus on balance, range of motion and coordination, making Zumba Gold an excellent cardiovascular addition to a complete rehabilitation program. Clean studio shoes only.
